I usually apply before my car commute to work. My teeth have results after using one week. The best part of Crest Whitening Emulsions has little or no sensitivity. The only feeling I get after applying is a coldness and temporary dry lips. Before I apply I clean my teeth with a paper towel, put chapstick on, and apply the product directly on my teeth and drive to work. Almost using 5 times a week and already see the difference. I love this product because of the great results and no sensitivity. Definitely recommended.

So there's no waist you apply it directly to the teeth that you want to look whiter. I love that you're in control and can do it up to four times a day to speed it up. It was very easy to do, I had no sensitivity to it at all. My teeth and gums were fine and I definitely saw a shinier smile.
