Just use the wand that comes with the box, squeeze the solution on it and start swiping it on to your teeth and that's it! Literally takes a minute to do it. It's recommended to do it up to 4 times per day for results but I only did it twice a day and I started to notice my teeth getting whiter! Simple to use and works. Love it!

Once you have applied it to your teeth, you can barely feel it or see it. No need to rinse off. I used this right before work and actually forgot I had it on. After my first use, I had some minor sensitivity in my gums/teeth which I didn't feel for hours after applying. It went away quickly. You can use this product multiple times a day and it just continues working. I'm happy I found this.

It's a little awkward, but totally worth the results! Doesn't taste bad or leave an icky taste in your mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Crest whitening toothpaste for years and the strips on and off as needed. My teeth are still yellow from black coffee, but after only a week of using this, I've noticed a change. My teeth aren't bright white, but the staining is considerably and noticeably less. It's so easy to apply, too. I do it before bed, but you could use it whenever; and it is much more comfortable than the strips. I'm excited to keep using it and see what results I can get!
