I've been a Crest customer for years but this is my first time using the items in this kit. The kit includes items for 2 different steps. The first step is to use the whitestrips and the little LED light that comes in the box. The strips go on easily and have a pleasant feel and taste. The light worked well and wasn't hard to work or figure out. After the strips are completed, the second step is to use the tube of Emulsions on your teeth directly. This part was easy to do as well. It only takes a minute to put on. The biggest part of this step to me is to remember not to eat or drink for several minutes after putting the application on my teeth. Overall, I think this is a great kit and is a wonderful at home option for a whiter, brighter smile.
