I love the fact that it comes with a little wand and a stand to put the wand in and the whiting tube. I just leave it on my bathroom counter to remind me to use it. A little really does go a long way. I just put a small drop on the wand and I was able to do all my front teeth with that small drop. You are not supposed to eat or drink for 30 minutes after putting it on, but that was no problem. It does not feel sticky or odd on my teeth. There is no taste or smell, which I like. Just put it on and go!! I did see a small difference after the first use and the more that I am using it on a daily basis, the whiter my teeth are getting! The best part is that there are no trays or strips to keep in your mouth for a period of time, you just swipe on and go!! Super convenient and easy!! My daughter and sons tried this (after I washed the wand after each) and they loved this concept!! It would be great if they had additional wands for everyone to use. The On the Go applicator tip makes it simple to apply anywhere, any time. It's a little on the thick side but squeezes out easily without making a mess. The flavor is great, cool and minty, no peroxide taste at all. It's great stuff, I'd recommend it to anyone and will be buying more myself soon.

It is recommended that you don't eat or drink after using this product for 30 minutes. There is no after taste, but there is a slight what seemed numbing effect. It is designed to help make surface stains disappear on your teeth. It will take about a week of use to possible see some results.
