I don't have to worry about keeping a strip on my teeth for an hour or having a goopy film on my teeth! My mouth felt great for half the day. I have sensitive teeth to begin with and always worried about whitening products bothering my teeth; not with the emulsions. I am definitely pleased! I was shocked at not only how great my teeth whitened, but I noticed a significant difference after Only using it a couple of times. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. It did include A applicator but it also said I could use my finger. Since I am the only one that will use it I did use my clean finger. I keep it in my purse so I can use after coffee with friends.

Definitely take before and after pics, otherwise the changes may be too subtle to notice. Would use again, although not yet sure if this works better with the light or if the strips by themselves produce the same results.

But the best ? This product does a great job on whitening the teeth for a fraction of the cost that I have spent on a whitening system from the dentist. In fact, because it is so easy to use I find that I am using it by far more the the tray, etc I bought from dentist. I threw that out. I will continue to purchase the Crest Whitening Emulsions!
