Upon receiving my labels, I tried to print one page of labels so I could get my Christmas cards into the mail. The page of labels caused a paper jam and two rows of the labels are stuck inside the works my printer. There's no way I can remove them so my printer will work! I called my Geek squad man and he said that since I did all I could to get the stuck labels out of my relatively new HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer, he would not be able to do anymore than I did and the jam will not release, thereby I will need to buy a new printer. I have been using my printer for printing labels for a long time with no issues. After this jam occurred my printer is caput! I now notice that the labels are on a very thin paper backing which apparently caused the jam. Now I have no printer and have to wait over a week for my Geek squad to come and get it and bring a replacement. I am secretary for my church and need my printer, in addition to needing to print numerous groups of labels for them too. I am planning to return the labels (5 packages) to Walmart for refund. I tried sending a message similar to this to Avery, and the need Help address on their packaging comes up as "Invalid Address." Now What????

Avery labels are the best of the best and getting them at Wal Mart on line saves me time and money. I use this particular size as address labels I use some of the larger ones as well. I use Mail Merge and print all my shipping labels in one shot I use the Avery template and can print a whole sheet with one click It allows me to personalize them with my logo I got these in one day Best delivery anywhere' Far better than going to a stationer and giving my logo then having to approve it Wait for it to get printed and make another trip to the stationer

I've used these Avery labels before and am very pleased with the product. Disappointed that at Walmart.com these labels weren't available for either pick up or shipping in the smaller quantity I always buy for home use. I ordered the larger quantity of 750 labels nonetheless. They arrived 1 day ahead of schedule and the price was on par with Staples.
