[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up because the dryer door in my new apartment makes the most awful squealing noise when it opens and closes. The precision of the straw is perfect since I needed it for such a small area. The squeal is now gone, and my ears are grateful!

My neighbor in the second floor of the apartment next to where I park my car accidentally spilled hot cooking oil all over my car. It was all over the passenger side, the trunk and windows. I had it washed before I figured out what it was, and that didn't remove it. Once I spoke with the neighbor and figured out what it was I tried washing my car with extra strength Dawn. That didn't work. I used a Mr. Clean sponge, which worked, very slowly, but was extremely tedious. Kaboom sort of worked. I had a detailer get a lot of it off, but there were areas he missed. It was almost glue-like, just stuck on like adhesive. Someone suggested WD-40 and it worked instantly! The plastic parts of my car cleaned up easier than the metal, but it hardly took any scrubbing. Just a terrycloth rag and WD-40, and a little scrubbing.

This is the third can that has stopped spraying while it still has over half the product left. Now I have 3 useless cans of this crap. Saving my money for a company that knows how to package their product so that the consumer is able to use everything that they paid for.

When WD-40 came out with the smart straw I was very happy. I was always losing the straws and the piece of scotch tape on the can was never enough. Since the 'Smart Straw' was released this is never a problem. Plus, WD-40 is still the greatest product for so many uses.

I use this product all time time for a sliding glass door but every can I buy goes bad before I use the whole can I now have another can that is dead with the straw I like the straw attachment but it seems ever since the straw was added I have had this problem with 3 cans now. Product is great aerosol not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this almost a month ago. As we live up here in maine most of us know or have used wd-40 for almost everything. With the ever changing wheather in maine that bring alot of rust, moisture and settling wheather it be tools or even osomething on your car and you always need some sort of lubricant. With what i have noticed with the smart straw on this wd-40 can it opens up more that you can lubricate because it pinpoints even the tiny areas to get without all the fuss of getting your wd-40 everywhere.

Fold it down and its a wide swath of spray for even coverage. I've been using wd40 for most of my life and the straw was always my issue. Not anymore. Great job

My husband handed me a can of WD 40 and told me it would be my best friend. How right he was. Today, my doorbell was so sick sounding, barely any tone. I grabbed my can of WD40, took the cover off the inside working mechanism and sprayed the coil spring a couple of times. My door bell sounds wonderful again and Avon can come calling.

My exercise bike had a squeaky pedal that was driving me nuts, a few squirts of this and it’s like new again! I’ve used it on squeaky door hinges around the house and the straw feature makes it so easy to aim right where you want it. I was even able to spray it directly in my key hole on my front door that was always sticking, now my key turns easily every time! I’ve also read you can use it to kill ants and that it prevents rust. A quick google search will show you all its amazing uses! This is one staple I will always keep in my house!

Had the "smart straw" can fall over and the top fall off. Put it back on and while it looked all right at the time over the next couple of hours it slowly emptied the can on my garage shelf. While others complained of half of the can remaining when the propellent ran out I must have gotten the new improved model as mine was completely empty. Like someone already mentioned I won't be buying the product until you return the old model can.
