Second, please ensure the arrows located on the blender base and blender bottle are aligned. This is a safety feature built in - it won't blend until properly aligned. Small and weak

With nice features like the extra cup, drinking lid, and removable base, this product set the baseline in my search for a better blender. This gave a disappointing performance on multiple occasions, making it more inconvenient and time consuming. I purchased 3 sets, gave one as a gift (not knowing it would suck), and returned the other two (one was defective and the one that did work I tried again and again but i finally said no more).

Too small to be useful

This is small... The advertisement says this has a 16 oz capacity, but the max stated on the blender itself is just a bit over 12oz.
