Hello and thank you for bringing it to our attention that your Dash Portable USB Blender is seemingly not holding a charge. Please note that we developed a safety featured to prevent it from accidentally blending in transport. You will note there are two small arrows (one on blending base, one on blending bottle) - they need to be aligned in order for the unit to blend. If not aligned, it may seem as if it is not charged. If this does not solve the issue, please contact us at support@bydash.com - we would love to help further troubleshoot or issue a replacement unit if yours is defective after all. Thanks!

Horrible - Couldn't mix anything

I tried this and it didn't work at all! We followed all of the directions and it couldn't even get through the frozen fruit. I had high hopes for this little blender bc it would have been perfect for our RV. It is in the trash now 😔

Great blender overall.

It blends smoothly and is user-friendly. My main issue is the battery—it needs frequent charging, which can be a hassle. Also, the detachable parts on the lid are fragile. I’ve have to replace the missing pieces , or I might have to replace the entire lid. A bit more durability there would make a big difference.
