This is perfect for your pre or post workout meals or meal replacement, etc! It has a rechargeable battery, which is a game changer! The blender is pretty lightweight and isnt very bulky, making it perfect for when on the go! The bottle is supposed to be 16oz, but it looks so small! Haha! If you are using frozen fruits, you may need to do 2 or so cycles, but it doesn't take on at all! I do love that the bottle is leak proof, it has a little stopper inside the lid to help, this is specifically useful for when you have to flip the bottle upside down to switch to the cap. All in all, it's a great on the go blender, blends well and makes 'meals' convenient! Ahh, and I almost forgot! I love the nifty smoothie recipe book that comes with it, giving you a few easy smoothies to choose from!

The lid has a cute little carry strap and it's overall well built. Comes with a charging cord but you need the plug adapter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a quick portable blended I can use after my workouts and this is the one! I hated having to pre-blend my smoothies and have it sit there during my workouts. It felt like it wasnt "fresh" when I drank it afterwards. But with this, I can keep it ready and blend when needed. It is powerful and can break chunks of fruit. But try not to put too big of chunks.

Garbage. Blender is so weak it can't grind anything. Also parts are so fragile. Break so easily. Waste of money.
