The rolls don't last as long as other brands. I'm not sure if it's bc it's thicker (not softer) or there's not as much as advertised on the rolls. I probably won't buy it again, there's other brands that softer, stronger and larger for less money.

I grew up on Charmin, but a few years ago I tried Cottonelle. It’s stronger, softer and a better value than the other brand. The Ultra Comfort is so soft, but doesn’t tear.

I have an ostomy, so I use a lot of paper cleaning up. i need the softness in this area. So it seems to satisfy that problem. Walmart has the cheapest price around. Thank you.

This has the strength that I like but it’s soft. The value was really good, couldn’t ask for any better. This package will take me through for two months. I don’t have a car and this keeps me from running. Thanks for great value !

This literally feels like sand paper. If you need something to scratch your skin until it bleeds, this is the toilet paper for you. Otherwise, do not buy this.

Made the mistake of trying to save a dollar and switched from my usual brand,v great Northern, to try Cottonelle. Immediately, I could visibly see the difference in the size of the roll, much smaller. Then, much less softer than Great Northern. Actually, rather rough against my skin, and unpleasant. Will be going back to Great Northern Ultra Plush

I have been a loyal Cottonelle toilet paper user for many years. The rolls have gotten narrower and the sheets thinner. What used to be the hyped ridges used to be straight and pronounced, then became wavy and less pronounced and my latest purchase, the ridges are practically non-existent, all while the price continues to rise. This will be my last purchase of Cottonelle . . .

Frankly, for the price it's not worth it, I only buy it because it's impossible to find the GV ultra soft in our store. I don't know what happened to cottonelle, the quality is not what it used to be, and the price does not match the softness level. Too expensive and not soft enough.

As always, my end in need is as clean as can be!
