Didn’t notice any odd smell or anything like that. No unnecessary packaging making it eco friendly therefore I’m satisfied with packaging and protection of the toilet paper rolls.

It lasts longer than other regular toilet paper because it is thick enough that you really don't need much. The only problem is that it clogged my toilet several times. So I'm not sure I would continue using it.

The only thing I didn't like too much is that it releases a lot of lint and dust. Otherwise, I like that it has no aroma. This product is well-priced and durable.

We have always used your toilet paper, but you are no longer offering the wide sheets. We now have to find a new product. You are making them too thick to fit on the toilet paper holder and you shrunk the width from 4.5" to 3.8" you have lost a loyal customer.

I was really excited to see it as an instant claim because it is something that we use on a routine basis. I like that it is thick, but still soft. It also doesn’t leave a lot of lint behind - so we love it!

My husband came home with a pack recently and I could not believe how large these are! The surprisingly fit in the roll holder. Based on the size, they are def worth the extra few dollars. Like any cottonelle, it’s still super soft, just more convenient.

I can tell it is of high quality by the feel and texture of it and I would definitely buy it for my family. I would prefer it be more softer, but it isn't a deal breaker since the brand itself is a great brand and they make good strong quality paper.

And, it doesn't throw "dust" particles all over the bathroom surfaces. This is way better than other brands of toilet paper.
