[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are regular Charmin users in our household and having never purchased Cottonelle before, I was interested in seeing if it was any better! The Cottonelle felt thicker however I did notice that the 2-ply sheets were separating straight off the roll (you can see in one of the images). I wanted to compare absorbency and sheet size and both were really similar. With 5mls of water the sheets tore apart at the seams but did not rip unless I pulled them apart. The paper has no scent that I noticed. There is a small amount of white stuff that will roll off of the wet paper if you push it around between your fingers after it’s saturated. I can say, if this was on a better sale than my regular Charmin, I would definitely buy it again!

I never skimp when it comes to toilet paper. That’s why I buy Cottonelle. It’s very soft and gentle on your sensitive skin areas and it doesn’t fall apart. I also love the clean, light scent of Cottonelle’s toilet paper. It leaves me feeling clean without worrying that I may have “missed” something.

Although if you have kids they still use a much as they want. The price is a bit expensive but again you get “luxury” toilet paper and use less so it likely equals out to the cheaper brands. I will purchase this toilet paper in the future.

We recently switched to cottonelle after using another brand for over 25 plus years. We wanted something that wasn’t so thin. This is proving to be that. I have been using a specific brand for quite some time, mainly because it is cheaper and good quality. Cottonelle isn’t a brand I have bought before because it’s never on sale in my area. I do like how soft this toilet paper is. Softness is one thing I look for in a good toilet paper and Cottonelle ranks high on my list. I’ll definitely buy it again, just hope I can find some better deals!

I was very impressed by the size of these rolls. The amount of toilet paper included is a great value. The sheets are the perfect size, and the ridges help you to feel adequately clean. They are very soft, yet very strong. Definitely would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cottonelle Ultra Care is really soft, thick, and durable. You don’t need a lot to get yourself clean. It doesn’t leave a lot of lint and is super absorbent so there is no tearing. I highly recommend this toilet paper.

I have used Cottonelle Gentle Care since it first came out years ago. Since it is pricey, I stock up when it is on special, generally, at Target. I did this BEFORE the crisis. My supply is dwindling and cannot seem to find it anywhere . . . Not even on line. When I try to put in a request to find out where I can find it, or when it will be available for purchase again on your website, even after keying in ALL requested information, your system is not accepting the request. THIS is NOT customer friendly! I realize that this is a busy time for all of us, however, part of excellent customer service is answering customer questions in a relatively simple, professional, friendly manner, which I understand completely, since I work in customer service!
