[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is not rough but it’s not the ultra soft that I’m used to. It definitely does a good job of cleaning and I had no breakthroughs. Even though it’s not as soft as what I am used to, I would still buy this toilet paper again.

I had run out of cotton pads to put my toner on and I used this for a quick fix and it worked perfectly! So soft even for your nose on those runny nose days.

This is the only brand we buy. It is thick and gentle. It is soft and doesn’t fall apart when you use it. My husband packs it when we go on vacations! It is a little more expensive than other brands, but it is worth the price. It also lasts a long time because the rolls are HUGE.

Each roll lasts longer than my usual brand. My only issue is the width measurement of the rolls, which are significantly shorter than usual brand and don’t fit on my existing holder. Otherwise wonderful product!

This one is both strong and soft I always buy this one and I will probably keep buying this. I have tried so many single ply ones and this is by far okay. I would totally recommend this and the large packs are decent on the pocket as well. This isn't as soft as charmin but its not as bad as single ply

It is softer and more durable. I use less of this product than when I use competitors product. It is easy on my hemorrhoids and functions well w my prolapse. I have a septic tank system.

I don't care if you were trying to "invest" in your product, the changes in the Ultra tissue over the last 4 years have been disappointing. I have Interstitial Cystitis and IBS, meaning TP is important to me. I've used Cottonelle for over 20 years because it was the most comfortable tissue, absorbent and didn't tear. In the last few years as you've added to your offering of tissue types and roll sizes the softness and quality of the tissue has changed. The reduction of roll width finally has moved me to try other brands again. I'm irritated with having to stand in the store comparing price, guessing comfort level and quality. I wish you'd go back to your Ultra product of 5 years ago, it was right for me. I don't like change, and it seems you will lose customers by messing with their TP. (I also never write in three - five sentences.)

I love cottonelle toilet paper. I love how it's soft on the skin and durable. I have never had a problem with this toilet paper. It's a great product.
