I love eating this by itself or with my yogurt. Just crunch it up, put in my yogurt, let it sit for a couple minutes and enjoy.

Although they taste good, I find it too difficult and messy to eat these bars. Half of them end up on the floor because of how crummy they are.

Honey flavor isn’t too overpowering but it is sweet crunchy and will crumble if rolling around bag. Not the best for on the go

I love tossing these in my lunch or in my purse for a healthy snack. They are slightly sweet but very tasty.
