This product is supposed to be for 10x boxes of 100 paper clips and has a minimum order of 4 packages at the moment. That's 4,000 paper clips. The price is competitive to other suppliers for packages of this size, so the quantities are correctly stated. When I received my order, I only received 4 boxes of 100 instead of 40 boxes. That's not even a single 10-pack. I went to contact Sam's about it and apparently they just push you to their chat page now. It took a several minutes to get the rep to understand that I only received 400 paper clips instead of 4000 and that 90% of my order was missing. He then proceeds to only credit me back for 3 of the 4 cases. I complained and got a full refund. A partial refund would have been fine because I did receive a small portion of the order, but out of principle I was not going to pay for items I did not receive. Think twice before buying from Sam's. I have issues about every 10th order and then they manage to make it worse about half the time. Never take a replacement is what I've learned, they'll just mess that up even more. Always get a refund and reorder if you have to.

I searched other office supply stores to find a "generic" labeled paper clip. I drove all over Lake and Orange counties. This was the only place I could buy retail size boxes of paper clips without a private label on the boxes. Can't retail the item if it has private labeling.

The paper clips are a fine product. The description is totally incorrect. It states a 3 pack of a quantity of 100 count boxes. I received 3- 10 packs of 100 count boxes. Do the math, that's 30 boxes of 100 count paperclips and I believed I was ordering 1-3 pack of 100 count boxes. Be aware, Walmart needs to correct the description on this item it's completely misleading.

What can you say about a paperclip? It hold my papers together as a paperclip should. What I was surprised about was the quantity! I was purchasing a desk and needed to spend 30 cents more to receive free shipping, so I grabbed these without really looking at the description. For 60 cents I was expecting a single box of a hundred paper clips. Imagine my surprise when I received TEN packs! Jeez, that's practically free, and I won't need paperclips for the rest of my life! Cheap as dirt.
