Not what I thought it would be. Difficult to set up. Had to redrill holes for them to line up.

Wood slats seem flimsy

Materials and workmanship exceeded my expectations.
thick wall square steel with box in box construction at joints.
welded, all 6 joints were tight and all 12 holes lined up perfectly.
Foam packing was in a bag to eliminate foam chips.
Clear planks rounded on the edges.
The steel frame looked powder coated .
Easy to assemble.

Smart design, great execution

I thought it came with metal frame with legs like what the pic looks like..but it was just a frame turned into “box spring “

Not what it looked like

I bought this mattress and box spring. It's not a box spring. There are no springs. It's a metal frame with some boards across it and a cloth over that. The metal frame broke in 2 spots within 6 months. It's flimsy and cheap.

Cheap   Don't buy

Not sure if mine was defective or thats how ‘twas intended to perform. Started sinking in the middle the very next day, I was totally amazed at that. I 
do not recommend this product to even an enemy!!!

It doesn’t tell you that this is not a box spring mattress- its a do-it-yourself build-your-own box spring kit. Metal frame, not wood, i was so disgusted. I might have felt differently it it had said “assembly required”. Chances are i just would not have bought it.

Misleading

I've had this boxspring for a couple weeks and I'm completely satisfied with it.  I'm using it to support my sleep number bed which requires a solid foundation.  This boxspring meets those requirements nicely.  I was surprised when it arrived in a 6 inch by 6 inch by 6 foot box.  Some assembly is required, however it is very easy.  It took me about 10 to 15 minutes to put it together. You simply need the space to lay it out to assemble.  Once together it is quite sturdy.
