From the fact that they need 2 minutes to put them on (one minute was to take them out of the package) to how efficient they are. They are contoured to hug the windshield and perfectly remove every speck of dirt from it. Driving on highway they don't vibrate from the wind because of aerodynamic shape of the plastic retainer. Be sure to protect your glass with a cardboard or a blanked while putting the new wiper on since spring can pull the metal arm back and break your windshield. The design of them was very flexible great rubber great condition and didn't have any issues. As far as packaging came with all the essentials and things that you will need to install the wipers properly. It came with instructions. It also came with different accessories for different wiper types specific to different vehicles. The performance of these wipers are immaculate and wipes away the rain perfectly I would definitely write tens for this product.

The hardest part I found was getting the adapters to snap into place without too much force. It takes a lot of pressing and pulling to make it snap into the place, but it can be done slowly. I would recommend them to those who want a quality product to replace worn blades.
