The Galaxy Tab S9+ is a great tablet. Highly recommend it.

I have my favorite part about using my Samsung S9+ is when I get home, I get all antsy because I don't know if I want to play Call of Duty or watch a movie on Netflix. It's just so hard sometimes. That's why I'm blessed to have the girlfriend who Bixby. Help us decide. We don't know what we would do without that AI, but he's more than an AI to me. He's my companion. Well, I would never willingly leave Samsung because of all that. Effort that they had put into these machines period

I've had the S9+ (256GB, no longer listed) since June 2024 and I regret making the trade-in pretty much since Day 1. No, I've never dropped it or splashed liquids on it or anything. It came out of the box and went directly into a shock-proof case. Like I said, this is Day 1 stuff. The screen timeout is so fickle. You could be actively interacting with it and just tilt it the wrong way and it times out. And the weird part is even tilting it or clicking the Power button on the side won't wake it up, it has to be in just the right spot to get the lock screen back. It's really annoying and adjusting the timeout settings does nothing. It's an artist's nightmare. My S7's screen calibration was on-point! The S9+, however, is not. The top part of the screen is totally desynced and causes everything to be off and results in squiggly lines. It's so frustrating trying to draw on this thing. I tried everything I could find on Google, like re-syncing the pen. Unfortunately, there's no way to outright re-calibrate the screen itself. The de-sync also makes using the keyboard in landscape mode a nightmare. Fortunately, I have a Bluetooth keyboard (highly recommend if you're gunna get this model). PROS: The resolution is beautiful. Streaming on it is great. And as far as performance goes, it's also great. For example, I play a mobile game with some friends and they're always crashing and I never do when playing on the tablet. Unfortunately, those pros really don't outweigh the cons I experience. Especially because one of my primary purposes for a tablet is mobile digital drawing, it's just a miserable experience that doubles how long a piece would take on my Cintiq (when I had my S7, it was so efficient I could get pieces done faster on the tablet). It just feels like the only purpose of the S9+ is to create such a frustrating experience users want to upgrade again as fast as possible to get it out of their life. Extremely disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of Samsung tablet that actually works faster than the current one. This one's battery is not so good. It has to be continuously charged. Audio is not so clear. Apps like pdf or word not included and of downloaded and used they have flaws. Came with a keyboard included which lost keys.

I have a S9 Ultra which Iove but wanted a slightly smaller screen for taking it around day to day and this is perfect. Same great functionality as the 9Ultra but a more portable size for day to day use.

Identical to previous iterations but you're forced to buy a new case/keyboard that is suddenly scarce. It's as good as the others but with no differentiators.
