Jimmy Dean Biscuit with egg, cheese and sausage is really easy to prepare and it has lots of protein. I put a frozen biscuit in the fridge each day and use it the next morning. It is really fast and portable if you need breakfast while you wait in rush-hour traffic.

These are really good. I wish they would carry them all the time. I get tired of the pancake ones but I never get tired of the sausage, egg, cheese and biscuit.

Nice low carb start for the day. A little more complicated in preparing in the microwave from frozen. Once you do a few it becomes second nature; 1:30 muinites at level 3 power then 55 seconds at power 10. Voila, breakfast is served.

Biscuits are very dry when warmed up. Too many additives to make it very good.
