It says it is fragrance free in the description. It is not. Did they send me the wrong product?

I was given a sample of this by a dermatologist and loved it. I bought what I thought was the same face wash from the drug store only to find out that the new formula has fragrance. I have sensitive skin and do not use products with fragrance. I feel like this was a bit of a bate and switch. I loved the sample the dermatologist off but hate this new formula with fragrance. I find this very drying for my skin.

I bought this product thinking it would benefit my skin (face) because I use neutrogena products and have for years, I love them. This however is not for me! I have sensitive skin and this product gave me massive chemical burns. I had a red face for a few days and could not figure out why until it clicked, I started using a new product on my face, this one. Once I stopped and went back to my other products my face cleared of the redness, burn, and my skin was back to normal once I stopped using it. Not saying it won't work for you, but use caution it may cause irritation, redness and burn. I hope they fix this product, I love most neutrogena products, unfortunately, not this one.

I love this cleanser . My skin is so soft and smooth. PEOPLE tell me how good my skin looks all the time . After using this cleanser i use the neutrogena GENTLE MOISTURIZEr . Thank me later!

PLEASE , PLEASE , PLEASE Don’t Change a thing on this . I have used so many products and then they change the product or stop making it . I hope that’s not the case here ….

I've been using this cleanser for a long time and let me tell you it's worked wonders for my skin I love it ❤️!!!!!
