Waiting for snow

The snow blower arrived 2 days after our first snow. We did test it out a bit on the lawn. Plowing areas for the dog to use. It worked well in that circumstance but will add after our next snow

Damaged in shipment

We received the snowblower and when we opened it, the 'lifting handle' was broken. We pulled it out of the shipping box and could hear other pieces rattling around inside. We contacted the phone number who told us to return it and we did.

Awesome

Great snowblower

I bought this and than got a pretty good snow storm in Michigan.The snow blower did great even against snow drifts I am totally pleased glad I bought it

The snowblower will operate more efficiently during periods of “dry/fluffy” snow, rather than wet/heavy or icy snow. It's ok for small area snow removal

Does not like wet heavy snow, turning the chute is cumbersome, and freezes up. Battery life marginal.

It is recommended to snow blow during or after the snow falls as the snow tends to harden and get icy over time. The snowblower will operate more efficiently during "dry/fluffy" snow periods rather than wet/heavy or icy snow. The snowblower runtime varies depending on the size and how much snow a customer has on their property. It's average to run up to 15-25 minutes before it will need to go through another charge cycle. For larger task areas, I do recommend purchasing extra batteries.
