I added winter tools to my Worx collection. I purchased the snow blower this fall when they were back in stock. My batteries are charged and waiting the first snow.

Started out great, but then it wouldn't stay running. A little discouraged, I went in and put the batteries back in. You must have a full charge or it won't work. It didn't disappoint!

Bought 6 weeks ago. Used it once for 2 minutes then it stopped, never to run again. Only thing that works is the LED lights - for about 7 seconds. Extremely disappointed! Other Worx products have been great. I just don't get it.

Hey all First snow storm of the season and was so happy to use my machine didn’t get halfway down the driveway it stopped and hasn’t worked since. Batteries fully charged machine is brand new lights go on but auger doesn’t spin So disappointing

I bought this and than got a pretty good snow storm in Michigan.The snow blower did great even against snow drifts I am totally pleased glad I bought it

We received the snowblower and when we opened it, the 'lifting handle' was broken. We pulled it out of the shipping box and could hear other pieces rattling around inside. We contacted the phone number who told us to return it and we did.
