I bought this snow blower a few weeks back haven’t needed to use it until now (1/29/2022). Batteries are fully charged, hold the handle and press the start button and nothing. It will not start. All this snow and no snow blower to use. Extremely disappointed at the moment. Not sure what to do at this point because customer service is closed on the weekends. Guess I’ll have to wait until Monday to reach out and shovel my driveway the old fashioned way.

Surprisingly useful

I have used this twice since purchasing it. The first time was with about 4" of heavy, wet snow. The snow thrower handled it OK, except that I have a gravel driveway and it kept picking it up stones. It's not really made for rough, gravel driveways. I modified it by putting a set of slider shoes on the front and that seems to have solved that issue. After this last snow I was able to clear my whole driveway, including two drifted areas without difficulty. That was between 6"-8" of more powdery snow. It took about 40 minutes and the batteries held out for the whole time. That is not constant running, but with it off when towing the thrower backwards, and on when pushing into the snow. It even cleared out the heavy, hard stuff at the road that the snow plows had pushed up. I'm happy overall.

Made life easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got 4 inches of snow and this lasted 23 minutes with the 20v 4a batteries. Batteries are a little difficult to remove. Was hoping for the 40 minutes or more I read in another review. Not near as long when I used my other 20v batteries. Hoping that is because they had been in the cold garage. I had to clear the end of the driveway just after the plow went by so there was some heavy snow moved as well. Beats shoveling. Once my batteries are charged I will clear the back patio and see how it does in snow trampled by the dogs. I have a few WORX tools so happy the batteries are compatible. It is very light to lift and carry.

Good quality product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 3 weeks ago. It arrived quickly, took less than 30 minutes to assemble and was obviously solidly constructed. It is VERY easy to use and handled a 4 inch snowfall very easily. Just days ago we had an 18 inch snowfall and it was a wet snow. It took more time and patience....but did assist in the removal, though a shovel was needed part of the time. Knowing what I now know, I would still make the purchase.

Easy to use - perfect for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ease of this machine. Great tool to quickly get snow off drive and sidewalk. Got up to about 12” of snow this winter and blower worked great! Husband thought it was for sissy’s but he used it more than me. He realized it was a great tool to have. It doesn’t do well with heavy snow at the end of our road where road plows push snow back into our drive. Have to get it before snow gets too deep at end of drive. Would love to buy more for my family gifts next Christmas. Highly recommend!

Good performance and features

This replaces a very old (but still working) Worx corded electric snowblower. The power is about the same, but it's so much nicer to not have to deal with a cord! I've been even able to tackle the pile at the end of the driveway after the plow passes, although I sometimes need to break up the pile with a shovel if it is highly compacted by the plow. Still a whole lot easier than doing it all by hand. I need two sets of 4Ah packs to get the driveway and sidewalk done, so picking up a second set (if you don't already have them) is something I would highly recommend.

Disappointed

I have a lot of Worx equipment, and really like all of them. However, the chute on the snow blower arrived cracked and split where it attaches to the unit. I called customer relations and was told to use "duck tape" and they would "try" to send me another chute and they were not sure if this was an available part. Not real happy about this, but will see what happens. On the positive side, it did start right up. Waiting for some snow to see how it works with a semi-working chute.

Good features

I bought this because I needed something lightweight and to avoid the gas smell/pulling an electrical cord behind me. I thought the directions were horrible but I got it figured out. I feel that the design for moving the shute could be better. I used it a week ago and being outside and hand cranking the lever to move the shute was hard. I thought that the metal rod would eventually break if I kept using the handle so I turned it a few times at the bend.

SO EASY TO USE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this snowblower a month ago - I just can't deal with shoveling snow anymore! I'm so sorry I didn't buy this sooner. It is light weight, easy to use, and works like a dream! I have a brick driveway and it goes right over it. It blows the snow 15-20 ft easily. I love the fact that it is battery powered. It is everything that the description says. It was simple to put together - I just love it!! I even used it out in the yard to make paths for my dog. My daughter saw it and immediately went to get one herself.

Snowblower works great and is easy to use!

My back was urging me to get a snowblower and I'm glad I finally listened! We have a wide driveway that is fairly long. This snowblower easily plowed through about 5 inches of wet snow and I got the job done in no time. The only thing that requires some effort is turning the chute from one side to the other.
