I use them when I am freshly postpartum, and I have had trouble finding xl ones that offer a more full coverage fit. I feel more like myself in these than others I have tried. You can tell that Depends sized these for xl customers and not just sized it up from another smaller measurement. I received these for free in exchange for an honest review. They're perfect for overnight leaks and provide great protection thanks to the large U-shaped pad in the front and back. The fabric is soft and comfortable on my skin, and they come in a convenient size range that fits me perfectly.  Plus, the color is pretty and goes well with anything I wear, from jeans and slacks to skirts. A little giggle, sneeze or even if I can't get to the restroom quick enough leaves me with a dribble problem. I hate maxi pads as they are awkward feeling and sometimes looking. I received these depends in size large for my mom. She says they fit her perfectly and are very comfortable. The depends also have a thick lining to absorb so they great for leaks. They came in a peach color too. She will repurchase and recommends this brand to others.

I wear a size 16 and the large fit perfect. They are great for small leak protection but you will need to change them often. They are undetectable when wearing clothes.
