I felt so clean and comfortable while using them and all of the ice packs and tucks pads fit so nicely in them and stayed in place. It is breathable material that doesn't make you sweat. It wicks moisture and protects you from odor as well. It doesn't ride up while walking and doesn't fall down to where you are constantly pulling them back up. Glides against skin and is nonirritating. I would highly recommend this product.

I liked that they were a panty style and not a bulky type diaper. They are thin but absorbent. They also have product built in for the protection of skin break down or rash.
