No Words to Describe my Displeasure with these tires

I have a farm and need a truck to get up into my fields and tow equipment. When I bought this truck it came with these tires which are labeled all terrain. My roads are hard packed dirt/stone. If I get just a little rain it's like being on a skating rink and usually have to put it in 4wd. Forget it if there's snow, I'm in 4wd all the time even on plowed roads. I can't even get up a 8% grade with an inch of snow unless I'm in 4wd or a running start . And that's a blacktop driveway. The tread doesn't clean out and the tires just spin. I never had Michelin's on my other trucks and I never had this trouble before. Great on dry pavement.

Dont waste your money

I have these tires on my 2007 Tundra, I have not had these tires long at all and the rubber on the side wall is starting to peel off to the point that I can see the white layer. Also this tire is rated a 10 for off road...wrong, the are horrible. The only possitive thing i can say about these tires is that the tread life is good.

1 Ton dually

These are excellent for our 1 ton 4x4 dually. This truck usually has a trailer behind it pulling 8500-15000 lbs and the last two sets of these have had around 60000 miles on them before we replaced. I only rotate them every 10000 miles also. They work great in Ohio's snow and don't do too bad in mud either. They don't have much road noise and make a huge difference in ride. We will take truck usually before my wife's car on longer trips.

150,000 miles on these tires

A friend recommended these tires for me and I tried a set. As a veterinarian, I put on a lot of highway miles each year. These tires are 3 years old and I have put 150,000 miles on them. I am going to replace them now, not because they are worn out but because i want better tread going into winter. Tires were a little "hard" at first but ended up riding very well. Unmatched durability. No question I am going to put on another set.

Excellent tire.

Best tires I have ever owned. I have a set on two pick-ups. One set on a half-ton for work and the other set on a one ton for personal use. On the work truck, driven mostly on the highway, the set has travelled 60,000 miles. I am expecting another 10,000, hoping for 20,000 more miles. On the personal truck, not used as often but driven mostly for fishing and hunting trips on both paved and dirt/gravel roads, I have amassed a little over 35,000 miles and the tires still look new. It is kept outside with wheel covers over the tires when I remember to put them on. But it appears the sun has not harmed them significantly. In the winter, on snow covered roads, is when the tires really shine. My confidence is high knowing traction will be there when I want it. When the truck gets away from me, I know that the sure footedness will be there to get me straightened out. When it is time to purchase new tires, the decision is easy. It is Michelin LTX A/T2's for me!

Complete durability with a smooth ride

Bought these before moving from KS to MN 2 yrs ago for an agriculture job. I've put 80k on them with not a single puncture(screw/nail) which I've never experienced in a set before. Tires wore even, no chips in tread, great grip in all conditions in snow, rain, mud, wet grass, and gravel. I'll be getting another set soon.

Good Tires

I run these tires on a 2012 F350 4 door FX4. I pull a lot of trailers and i spend a good bit of time off road. The tires do ok in the mud being they are a AT tire they seem to do better in the sand then mud. But I have 35,000 miles on them and they need to be replaced. I am not sure if its due to the loads i pull or what. Ovall they seem to be a good AT tire

Finally found a keeper in the LTX A/T2

Have a set of these on my 85 4runner and 2000 Tacoma 4x4. These tires stick to the road. No more hydroplaning at high speed in the rain in either of these light trucks. Well worth the higher price. Time to purchase a new set for the Tacoma. Disappointed that I have to go back to an inferior brand of tire because Michelin discontinued the 31x10.5x15 in their all-terrain line-up.
