These are disgusting. I put on the grill. Big mistake. They fell apart and through the grates. I then attempted on a flat griddle. So much grease and water. They shriveled up to less than 1/8 of an inch thick and less than half the size as they started. Don't waste you money. Seasoned? No. They are not. I'll never cheat on my butcher again. If I could take them back, I would. I even took pics, but I don't think I can post those here.

These are very good, especially the size. I don't like a heavy burger so these shrink down well to the proper size for a bun. They key to cooking them is from frozen at a relatively low heat, and let them stay on the griddle longer. Otherwise they tend to break apart because they're thin. And they are tasty. I also always add seasoning as they fry.

I loved these smash burgers. They did not last long at sams. I hope they bring then back!
