These are absolutely *not* “smash burgers”. They are frozen beef stamped out of a shaped mold. After someone that I pickup some “smash burgers” for a party, I bought these and everyone was disappointed. Thought they would be like the Holten’s brand which are fantastic smashburgers—but was sadly mistaken even though the cost was close to equal.
