We used this cake for a celebration of friends who were moving to another country. The design was cheerful, and the cake was tasty. We were able to say aloha to our friends with a festive cake.

We had this cake at a memorial service. It looked beautiful, tasted perfect, was very moist, and filled the void of needed dessert!

I ordered this cake online. What I ordered is exactly what I got and it was so good. It was for a gender reveal and it was exactly what we wanted.

The cake was good, but the flowers which are usually edible were not. I really wanted a cat cake, but they no longer will do what we want anymore.

Beautifully decorated and message was perfect. I got the marble cake. It was good but nothing to write home about. Will try different flavor next time.

Good tasting cake, but won't allow half white and half chocolate.... only marble or one or the other... would prefer quarter and quarter for a half sheet cake!

Overall, this cake was done well. It tasted great. Was completed when needed. My only slight disappointment was the sunflowers on the corners. They were one dimensional pieces of material instead of made with icing. I think the cake would’ve been significantly more attractive if they had been created that way.

The cake was delicious and very moist. I have in the past and will continue to purchase cakes from you. This time I was disappointed with the scripting on the cake. It was poorly done and I was told that the person that completed my cake was new and lacked experience with cake scripting. Please allow your employees to gain skills prior to allowing them to write messily on a product ordered for a special occasion.

Where do I begin...let me start with the positive; the cake was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Tasted great! Sadly, short lived for the positive. The personnel that helped with with ordering the cake was great, I didnt realize you only order online now; so standing there creating an online account with Sams Club took a minute. No problem, so when I picked up my cake the lady tells me I have no cake...umm what? 3 times this worker went looking for my cake. Finally after about 10 minutes a gentleman brings me my cake! Thank goodness!! Go to my event and cut the cake, its all white - problem is I ordered a marble cake! Later that evening I called Sams, talked to a very nice lady. Said she was going to leave a note and let the morning shift know my concerns and issues. Said I would receive a call in the next few days. Well, 3 weeks later....still waiting on my call. I WASNT OR AM NOT LOOKING FOR A REFUND BY ANY MEANS.. just a call back would have been great customer service because my order was wrong! Wasnt wrong because of me (just saying)!!

The colors were not what we asked for. Frosting was not applied well. You could still see the cake.. We ended up giving it to the homeless and had to buy cupcakes for the party.
