These strips certainly do work very well for whitening but cause a bit of sensitivity for me. I will use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth when I’m using these to try and negate discomfort. I usually use these once a year which seems to do the trick.

i use these almost everyday, and leave it on for the full 30 minutes, but if you have sensitive teeth i would not recommend using it everyday. i have noticed a huge difference in how white my teeth have gotten. i will definitely repurchase.

It does improve the whiteness to your teeth but it won’t happen quick this one takes a while for it to build up and it also gives you a weird sticky feeling attach to your teeth and the taste is awful

They really work! I only do it maybe 2-3 times because my teeth are pretty white. They help with coffee/wine staining. Don’t leave them on too long or it will hurt.
