This is simply the best toothbrush ever. Yes it's expensive but it's so worth it. It truly does leave your teeth feeling like you just got them professionally cleaned. The toothbrush is so good I went out and brought three more for my wife and kids. After every brush you receive a score through the app on how well you brushed. Everyone now compares their score each time we brush Oral B has made brushing your teeth fun.

So when it finally arrived I was excited as a little kid on Christmas and after opening and using the product for over a week now I'm definitely not going back to a regular toothbrush again. It cleans teeth very carefully, has excellent power and charge lasts for 2-3 days. The only major drawback is the lack of connection with the app. My husband installed the app on his smartphone, but failed to connect with the brush ... In all other respects, the brush is very cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iO9 Series Black Onyx electronic toothbrush is the most unique and helpful toothbrush I've ever owned and used. The design of the toothbrush is modern, sleek, digital with images and even shows hello message and a happy face! The best part is that it cleans my teeth so well - I am blown away by the results everytime. All I had to do was install an app called OB professional on my phone and connect using bluetooth. The setup was super easy and I immediately went into brushing my teeth. I really liked that I was able to see an image of teeth on the app and the more I covered certain areas the more whiter the teeth on the image would become. Furthermore, it detects everytime you move the toothbrush to a different area or angle the toothbrush from inside of the teeth to the outside. It's truly incredible how far technology and this toothbrush has taken us. I was able to select between 7 different modes: daily clean, whiten teeth, tongue cleaning, gum care, sensitive, super sensitive and intense. To cover 16 zones around my mouth it took me about 4 minutes. At 5 minutes the toothbrush automatically would turn off. Also, in the app I'm able to select a reminder for flossing, tongue cleaning, and mouthwash. This toothbrush came with 4 replacement heads, a charging travel case with a cord that connects to the traveling case and a separate magnetic charging stand. When charging the toothbrush the screen shows a bar level and a digital number depicting how much the toothbrush is charged. After so many years brushing my teeth and going to the dentist, who knew I could learn something from a toothbrush like this one?! I was able to customize a color on this toothbrush and while brushing it lets me know based on green light, customized color or red warning color if I'm going too hard on my gums. To protect my gums and teeth further in the future, this is such a helpful feature! Another plus to this toothbrush as I brush my teeth is that it gives me a report at the end. The report shows me how I did on brushing my teeth and if I missed any spots the visible image of the teeth is shown during brushing process and it gives me a percent when I went a bit too hard on the gums to improve for future. It also helps that it's lightweight, water proof, and easy to use around the mouth. The bristles are far from anything I've ever used before. I'm used to long and angled bristles. However, these toothbrush heads are unique as they really work on each and different tooth and angles. When cleaning my tongue it's a very quick process and really does a fabulous job leaving my whole mouth clean. This toothbrush leaves my sparkly white teeth so smooth and clean almost as if I left my dentist's office for a cleaning. I honestly wish I have discovered this toothbrush few years ago when I was going through invisalign treatment as I had to brush my teeth a million times a day. This toothbrush is truly the way to maintain good health and healthy teeth. After using this toothbrush for 2 weeks I've noticed how much whiter my teeth have gotten to be. Forget whitening my teeth, simply brushing my teeth 3 times a day does it! I loved that while using this toothbrush it was not loud and did not wake up my newborn! My young kids have loved watching me use this toothbrush so much that they are requesting for one for them for the holidays! The two things I would improve about this toothbrush is for the traveling case to have a UV light to sanitize the toothbrush and to make room for 2 brush heads for those that love to travel with their significant other and love to share their case. As right now I'm only able to place one toothbrush head in the traveling case. In addition, I would love to see more different colors for this particular toothbrush like purple, royal blue and green. Overall, magnificent electronic toothbrush that I cannot say enough positive things about! Very impressive!

This Oral-B - iO Series 7 Connected Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush is of this century and remarkable. It is a smart toothbrush that has five different modes; daily clean, intense, whitening, gum care, and sensitive. I absolutely love this. I prefer the whitening as it gives my teeth a little extra brush to get rid of the coffee tint. The Oral-B - iO Series 7 Connected Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush - Onyx Black comes with an extra brush head which is great too. My favorite thing about my toothbrush is the magnetic charging base!! So easy to use and looks great in my remodeled bathroom. Oh, cant forget the cute travel case too. I travel a lot, so this works perfect for me. Lastly, I really enjoy OralB round head. My dentist has always recommended these. Plus, when I say this toothbrush is smart, I REALLY mean it. It actually has artificial intelligence that recognizes your brushing style and guides you to better brushing. My mind was blown. Needless to day I love my new toothbrush. It's worth every penny. It has different features it is for anyone even if you have sensitivity it has a setting for sensitivity and gums. This electric toothbrush is just down right amazing. My teeth and gums feel so much cleaner and my teeth look more beautiful and white. I recommend this toothbrush to anyone wanting a clean happy mouth and a beautiful smile.

Very gentle, it did not cause gum bleeding. The unit has a nice weight to it, and operation is very quiet. It feels good in my hand. I really dig the AI they created for this.This model not only lights up green when I am applying the right amount of pressure, it also frowns at me if I haven't spent time brushing. It tells me when my job is done. It pairs to my phone via Bluetooth. The companion app is amazing as well, with a lot of features that help me be mindful of my mouth health. I love the goal based setup that focuses on cleaning. The whole system is very encouraging, something that we as adults give but do not get very often.

I like this toothbrush very much. However, I have a couple of problems. The toothbrush comes with 2 brush heads, but you can't tell one from the other. I had to paint a mark on one of them for my wife. What happened to the little colored plastic rings? Further, there is no brush head holder. I would really like to stand them up in a holder by the sink, but that did not come with the Oral b iO9 toothbrush, and it APPEARS to be unavailable anywhere. Why is that?

This brush changed my life!! I went for my 6 month checkup and needless to say my hygienist was not happy! She stressed the electric brush and told me to do research. I came upon the IO9 and made the leap. Kinda expensive for a toothbrush?? Best money ever spent!!! Liking the app, but loving the way my teeth feel!!! Not just when you brush but ALL day!! What's there not to like???..Use this with the Detoxify toothpaste and Gum health mouthwash...total winner every time!!!
