I've used Lactaid Reduced Fat milk for many years. You can't tell the difference between this milk and any other reduced fat milk. However, it lasts a lot longer than most other milks, and never loses its great taste.

Tastes very similar to regular dairy milk. Great and easy to use in cooking or baking. I just wish they came in different sized packages. It only comes in one size and it's sometimes way more than I need or never enough.

It tasted the same as regular milk! I don't have problems with lactose, but I was given this milk because a friend can't drink milk at all. I'd recommend to friends and buy it again.

Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Milk is a great option for those of us who are lactose intolerant but still want to drink cow's milk. I have had no stomach issues while drinking this, and the taste is not impacted at all.
