I'm lactose intolerant and so glad lactose free milk is available! I can now drink milk again and have cereal and not get sick! Lacy aid taste just like regular milk too.

It tastes just like regular milk. You get the same look and texture. Nothing is too bitter or sweet. It is yummy and doesn't have any issues such as being sour or too gritty. I use it in everything I used to use regular milk in.
