Lactaid it a most in my household for my hubby he is a lactose intolerance and only drinks Lactaid, he enjoys it on his cereal, coffee, and hot chocolate. Its easy for him to digest with out the worries of getting diarrhea or upset stomach.

Prob the only kind of milk that won't make me sick! Being lactose intolerant is not fun.. thankful for this for my cereal, matcha latte, and baking:))

This is my go to milk option. The shelf life is almost double regular milk, and tastes a little sweeter than regular milk which makes it a good replacement for coffee creamer without the added calories!

Great for my stomach doesn't get me bloated and and I don't have Tummy aches . I would get these when I was pregnant with my daughter. It's kind of expensive but I will recommend for someone that's lactose intolerant
