I'm happy to find the lactose-free milk for my family. My sister loves drinking milk, but she can't drink regular milk from other brands because of her lactose intolerance. When she knows about Lactaid, she can drink milk without hurting her stomach.

I had to get this milk since covid and because my cousin was staying over and she could only have specific brand of milk due to her health. So when I got this milk I thought maybe it will taste the same as regular milk and I could say that it didn't taste any different to me . The only thing I noticed was that the taste seemed more clean and natural , and that the milk container were different sizes . I don't know why they only had the same milk containers for this milk but the big milk containers for the regular milk . I do tend to get this milk more than the regular milk or almond milk .

I only drink this milk. Im a chick thats been lactose intolerant for years, and im so sooooo happy i finally found a milk for me. i've tried almond milk as well and as it does taste good, i still choose to drink lactaid! it also has a slightly different taste than other 2% reduced fat milks. Its priced well and is enjoyable with anything.

I found out a while ago that I was lactose intolerant and I ended up having to cut milk out of my diet. A friend told me about this and I figured I'd try it. It's a little on the expensive side, but I can actually enjoy milk again. I love this product!

Lactose does a real number on me, and without LACTAID I would have to practically abandon all milk products. Now I can have just about anyting I want with LACTAID products and tablets for those items containing even a smidgen of milk or milk derivative. It's great to feel "Normal" again and eat what I want when I want. I keep a couple of tablets with me in my purse or pocket at all times, so no more unexpected rush trips to the bathroom for me!

not good at all caused my family stomach issues still has dairy in it not worth the purchase just try any other milk thats dairy free we usually make almond milk at home anyway but we have tried this brands before and tried different ones it just doesnt aid people who are lactose intolerance wouldnt recommend

This milk is a game-changer for people who are lactose intolerant, but prefer to drink cow's milk! It's just regular cow's milk with added lactase enzyme to break down the lactose in the milk. No lactose, no tummy troubles. This doesn't affect the taste of the milk. Even a drop of regular milk will upset me, but not with Lactaid. It even comes in fat free, 1%, and whole if 2% isn't for you.

This is my saving grace! I can't eat dairy or else I'm sick and bloated with bubble guts all day. I use this in my cereal, coffee, and everything else you would typically use milk for. I never experience the stomach pain or bloated ness from this and it tastes exactly the same as real milk!

While taste is strange to someone used to regular milk, it still has the feel of regular milk. It's great for avoiding the effects that plague lactose intolerance, however it is more expensive than regular milk. The package leaves little confusion as to the product contained and its uses.

I can't have much of dairy in my life, it does not agree with my stomach most of the time. This milk has been my tried and true since I was a teenager, I'll keep going to it. Great for cereal, baking, drinking, adding to my coffee and more. A good product for the lactose intolerant.
