I love to eat cereal as many times a day as I want it. I really enjoy Cereal. I haven't been able to have any for months because the milk would hurt my stomach really bad. Cramps, severe bloating, gas, even nausea. The nausea was worse than the other three. I tried Lactaid Fat Free 2% milk two days ago with a bowl of cereal. I was a little afraid that the milk wouldn't do what it advertises like some products, so I was waiting to see if my stomach would hurt. It never did! No cramps, bloating, gas, or nausea. I thank God I found Lactaid Milk.

At first i was very unsure of this product,, but once I gave it a taste I was amazed! It tasted wonderful. The clean smooth natural ingredients were exactly what my dr. Told me i needed. With the punch of all the vitamuns and nutrients. Plus the carton was easy to open. I love it!

The packing is simple,easy to open. This milk doesnt seem as thick as regular milk. The nutritional value is the same as regular milk however being a regular milk drinker my whole life,I can definitely tell the difference and prefer regular milk because its more creamy. Overall the lactaid milk is pretty good. I still recommend if youre someone who cant have the lactose in regular milk.

Lactaid reduced fat 2% milk has great taste, and smooth texture - we don't notice that the lactose is missing! We use it for cereals, baking, and most importantly, making yogurt. One carton of milk is the perfect size to make a small batch of homemade yogurt - which just fits into the Greek yogurt strainer (before straining). The after straining quantity is shown, with the yellowish colored whey at the bottom. So Delicious!

What I like from this milk is the lightweight feeling it gives after drinking it and that doesn't cause any kind of discomfort after use. What makes me feel not really happy about it is that the taste is not what I look for from milk and the most important, after I open the box, it can last 2 or more weeks in the fridge. I'm really concerned about this last point, and looking for the freshest and purest milk in the market.

In the days before I knew I was lactose intolerant, I drank milk by the glass full. It was my go-to beverage when I was thirsty. When I had to go lactose free I found most milk alternatives didn't taste good enough to drink alone. However I'm pleased to say Lactaid 2% is! (PS. I can't say the same for Lactaid's 1% or fat free)
