My grandpa drinks this and he approves. Lactaid products are a great option for people who are lactose intolerant but still want to enjoy dairy products. They taste similar to regular dairy products but are easier to digest. Overall, I would recommend Lactaid products if you are lactose intolerant and miss eating dairy.

This is the only milk I drink anymore. I switch between the percentages of fat and the added calcium one, but if you are trying to avoid lactose this is for you. The price is high but I hope to see it come down some now that stores are putting out their own versions of this. Tastes just like regular milk.

Unfortunately I recently found out I'm lactose intolerant which is very difficult since I'm in my middle 20's and had to rethink my whole lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this milk to anyone who struggles with being lactose intolerant. It tastes the exact same as milk; however, it's twice as expensive and sometimes over. I just wish it wasn't as expensive!

I am a milk drinker and this is my go for go. I drink alot so the fat intake isn't so bad and the taste is good. This one i buy when I can't find a specific Lactaid brand I am accustomed to. Its still good to milk with cereal, oatmeal or as a with protein or smoothies.

The only milk I have been able to drink for years without making my stomach upset. It is nice and rich and it does not taste weird with cereal or smoothies as I have found with other milk options. If you have not tried it and are lactose intolerant, this milk is to you.

Lactose-free lovers rejoice! An additional bonus I've found with Lactaid is the expiration date is quite far and that makes it convenient as a person who doesn't frequently use milk but always needs it in her fridge! I've been drinking Lactaid for years without issues.

This stuff is great. It tastes exactly like regular milk with the same consistency. Gentle on the stomach. I use it for everything that requires milk. Definitely recommend if you are sensitive to dairy. You can also buy this in chocolate which also tastes amazing!
