Just like Milk.

As a user, Lactaid has been a game-changer for me. It just takes like milk! It significantly eases the discomfort I used to experience after consuming dairy products. Taking it before meals allows me to enjoy dairy without worrying about digestive issues. It's become a reliable part of my routine, providing relief and making a positive impact on my overall well-being. Well priced too!

Does whole milk affect

Does whole milk affect your tummy? Trying to cut back on fatty dairy products? Lactaid Reduced Fat 2% Milk is your answer. Despite the lactose being removed Lactaid brand milk actually is very good. I was hesitant to try it, considering I already drink reduced fat milk, I didn't want to give up more, but I was not disappointed and you will not be either.

Everyone in our house

Everyone in our house is lactose intolerant. This milk is so good and creamy. There is no hint that it has been altered in any way. The taste is milk because it is milk. We will always purchase this milk and I recommend it to anyone who has a hard time digesting milk.

Love the product BUT ...

Check out the container sizes. They reduced them to slightly under a standard 1/2 Gallon and Gallon. Personally, I think it is a poor PR move. If they need to charge more, do so. However, this slight change certainly appears to be deceptive. Even if well intentioned, the optics are bad.

Yes!!!

If you're like me, you have a hard time with dairy free alternatives. This makes it so I don't have to deal with the lactose and it tastes like regular old milk, so you can't even tell the difference. Perfect for cooking, too — can't tell you how many times I cooked something with almond or oat milk and hated the aftermath. This isn't the case with lactaid!

With a Lactose intolerant hubby we decided to make the switch to lactose free milk. This smooth rich tasting milk is a favorite not only for my hubby but kids as well. I use it in all my cooking and baking. If you are looking to make the switch I highly recommend this brand.

Amazing but More Expensive

I'm lactose intolerant and find it difficult to find products that don't contain lactose in them. If you're also lactose intolerant or just generally don't enjoy the taste or texture of milk, I feel your pain. It's difficult to find and buy affordable products that don't contain lactose. I enjoy lactaid products because the consistency of of this product doesn't differ from that of actual milk, the only difference being the lactose. This is a bit too pricey for me so I typically buy the generic store brand version instead. If you have the $ to try this product, I'd definitely recommend it. This is just my opinion on the product, so if you have a different take and would like to add your two cents on the matter please feel free to share :)

The Best Ever

When my doctor told me my cholesterol was extremely high and I started looking for things I could eat, cereal could have been a big part of my diet and one of the easiest things to fix late at night. Being lactose intolerant, I started trying almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk and it was all just nasty. Then I had a friend that told me about Lactaid. I started buying the 2%, 1% and fat free... It all taste just like milk.. I am a happy camper and so is my doctor.

This milk really helps with recipes that require milk sense I am lactose intolerant. It taste amazing and it taste a little sweeter but they add no extra sugar. I totally recommended this milk if you have lactose intolerant friends or you are lactose intolerant.
