I had stopped using any more milk than I had to for cooking because each time I used it my stomach became upset. I tried Lactaid 2% and I actually liked it better than regular milk. Now I use it for everything - cereal, baking, cooking, coffee, etc. It has a longer shelf life and I think it has a better flavor. And it doesn't upset my stomach.

Been using this product for years and its just like milk from the product consistently being just Luke milk without the side effects. That aline helps me and so many others I know it acts like reg mild for that reason I will always buy and use this product.

I love this product and it's the only milk I buy. (Makes delicious Tapioca Pudding which is a favorite of my family.) I was so happy to find Lactaid Milk as I had suffered for several years with lactose intolerance. The Lactaid Cottage Cheese is also one of my favorite foods. Glad to see there are new flavors of Ice Cream also. Will look forward to trying them.

This note is really tasty. You really can't tell the difference between this and regular milk I think for the price point it is great compared to other milks. it is slightly sweet so be careful on the sugar intake. I can't have it with a sweet cereal because it makes it too sweet for me, but it's really good for a glass of milk.

Like so many people I know I don't really do so well with dairy anymore. I love a big bowl of cereal or some milk and cookies once in a while but I really paid the price for it if you what I mean. I tried Lactaid milk and have never looked back. It's a little more expensive than regular milk but it's totally worth it in my opinion. No more stomach distress.

I prefer the whole milk version, but if I'm at the store and they are out I will grab a carton of 2%. Lactaid tastes just like real milk, and give the benefits of having milk minus the lactose. As the only one in the house with a lactose sensitivity, it's nice to be able to something for myself.
