LACTAID milk is a great alternative to real milk. It tastes very similar, I barely notice the difference. It also lasts much longer than real milk!

the lactaid m ilk has carragreen it , says so on the milk carton, yet they do not list it here on their website. carrageen cause intestinal inflammation.

everyone wants me to try almond milk, but it doesn't taste as good and is oily. Lactose 2% has fewer calories and less sugar and is delicious. I'm glad I discovered it in my boyfriend's refridgerator!!

My family and I been drinking this milk by some time and it's been years. We drank more of this milk than any other milk, even in recipes. We found out that regular milk doesn't agree with us so....we switched to this product. Great job !

I use this for lattes every morning and it foams up just perfectly. It is great on cereal, and for use in all of my recipes. I just wish Lactaid would make a sourcream!
