Great look and taste

I am lactose intolerant so I've tried many options for my milk intake. Overall this is a very close substitute for normal 2% milk. The taste and texture are nearly the same, maybe just a little sweeter tasting. This is packaged nicely in familiar packaging to traditional milk so you can expect it to last as long as normal milk.

Lactaid 2% milk

I love that its real milk but triple filtered so its lactose free. Ive read that its the lactose which makes it not great for adults. Its so creamy although whole milk lactaid is even creamier. Both are great. Smooth, cold and so good. Doesnt have the taste of a soy or almond because its not. Yet perfectly safe to drink.

Tasty, Digestible, and Lower in Fat

Lactaid Reduced Fat 2% Milk is a great lactose-free option with a smooth, familiar taste. It's just as creamy as regular 2% milk but with fewer calories and fat. Perfect for cereal, coffee, or just a refreshing drink, it's an excellent choice for those with lactose intolerance looking to cut back on fat without sacrificing flavor. Highly recommend!

Exactly What You May Need

This is all you need if you are lactose intolerant or milk generally disagrees with you. That's my case. Lactaid 2% has always been the best of all I tried. Most often it's used as a substitute in cooking but it does not taste unworthy of a glass by itself, especially with chocolate syrup 😊

Good, but not that Good

Lactaid was the first Milk substitute I tried when I found out I was sensitive to milk. The taste is fine, just like regular milk, but at the end of the day, it still left my stomach hurting like regular milk does. I like the size of the carton, but if left too long, the box can get moldy.

Great alternative

Best alternative to milk for those who are lactose intolerant. I've tried other brands but always go back to this one. The taste and texture is the same and you wouldn't know it was lactose free. I like the cap bottle top, make it easy to pour and store

A must have for those lactose sensitive!

I am very lucky to not be sensitive to lactose, although, many of my family members are. Despite being sensitive to lactose, those family members insist on drinking lactose milk and want to make the rest of us suffer (if you know, you know). Once I convinced them for try this milk, they were hooked. It tastes the same as milk with lactose, and has the same benefits. Plus, there is no more stomach pain, and unwanted "smells" from drinking lactose. So a win all around! I drink this milk too even though I don't experience any sensitivity, and I love it.

You won't miss regular milk.

As a coffee drinker who has trouble handling milk, this has been great. It doesn't have a weird taste like regular milk does. I can drink a cup by itself if I need to for heartburn reasons without scrunching up my nose and frowning. My household makes our coffee by boiling half a cup of water, then half milk and adding in instant coffee powder. Somehow, the Lactaid adds a sweetness and creaminess to the coffee that i don't need to add Splenda. Doesn't hurt my stomach after which is the most important part. I recommend it. If your house goes through a lot, they do sell a big jug version of it. I tend to buy that unless i'm tight on money-then i buy regular size.
