If you are lactose intolerant like me, this is a great alternative. I usually drink a lot of iced Coffe so this is perfect to drink in the morning, doesn't upset my stomach

This is extremely effective for lactose intolerant people like my husband. Definitely my go to for cooking when the recipe calls for milk and it doesn't irritate his stomach. Also good for cereal because it tastes like regular milk.

This is simply great. If you have a lactose intolerance this is the way to go, at first I was weary concerned about taste and quality, taste like regular milk I dare say it taste just like whole milk.
