My brother is dairy sensitive and says it tastes exactly like milk! It's a great alternative because he is allergic to almond milk and misses the taste of milk for cereal.

Great brand and you can't really tell it's not regular milk. Love this brand because I can't drill regular milk so I think I'm enjoying a cup of milk when I want to have a cup of iced milk.

This is not a substitute. If your lactose intolerant but enjoy milk you can't get any better than this. I've used this in place of milk for baking and drinking like you would regular milk. Delicious.

What I love is that there is a far expiration date, I'm not lactose intolerant but I also don't drink milk everyday so normal milk expires on me often. This also takes just like regular milk

It's not as thick as regular milk or as flavorful as it. The price point also could be better as this is an essential item for some of us. I would often buy almond milk because it is cheaper then the lactose free kind.

I hate other varieties of milk like almond or oat but need milk for various things like cereal and am greatlful for lactaid! I can have milk without stomach pains

I am lactose intolerant so this is my go to .. I like cereal and this allows me to enjoy my cereal 🥣. Flavor is good 👍 milk taste with out the pain!! Lol 😂
