The milk isn't bad at all, really can't taste a difference between the and the regular lactose milk. Great for using this while cooking for my lactose intolerant family members. Not that expensive compared to some brands

Love love love this milk. I have struggled with lactose intolerance for many years and steered clear of milk. My grandson has to drink this type of milk so I tried it and was so surprised by the taste and gave me no issues at all.

I'm allergic to dairy and though this would be a close to milk tasting alternative. In my case it didn't work for me but did taste like regular milk and is half the calories. Wished it worked for me but won't be buying it again.
