It has amazing vitamins in it. Is the tastes smooth and silky and goes down like water That's what I love most about it. It is delicious. I recommend this if You're lactose intolerant

In our household we love this brand specially if you are sensitive to lactose. They have a variety of options but we stick to 2% the flavor is delicious compared to other brand names. You actually wouldn't be able to tell is 2%

pretty good flavor ! doesn't taste like milk really. closer to water. decent though. gives me everything i need in regular milk but in fake milk. a little expensive but good for a milk alt

My kids prefer lactose-free milk. They say it taste just like regular milk. They are both lactose intolerant so this is the only milk they can have. 

I am 79 years old and I always thought I was just very gaseous. Then my daughter told me to try Lactaid milk. Now I have no gas at all. It is a great product and tastes great.

My Twins drink this in the morning and also at night and with cereal they absolutely love the Lactaid brand I also love that is a little sweet and doesn't have a bitter taste of milk

I have a lactose intolerance and this milk is perfect for it! It has a surprisingly long shelf life and don't taste much different than regular milk. I use it mainly only for cooking and it works just as well as regular milk!
