I have used thus many times to help w my bloating when I use dairy products. I personally feel like it taste like regular milk just without the discomfort. I also feel like it lasts a bit longer in the fridge.

I'm so greatful for lactaid. My son is Lactose intolerant, so even the joy of a bowl of cereal in the morning can have his stomach in knots. Its nice to be able to offer him an alternative that affordable.

Lactaid is the BEST product ever! I can eat as much as I want using the milk and ice cream from Lactaid! I wish they made cream cheese with it. I use the chewable tabs when I eat most other dairy products. Keep the products coming!!

Im lactose intolerant and like to cook with this as well. My husband used to think of I used it, it would make our food taste sweet. It absolutely doesn't. Tastes like milk!

i didn't notice i was drinking lactaid. it tastes the exact same as other milks. we originally got this for my sister who's lactose sensitive and this didn't make her stomach hurt at all.

This is the only milk I use for my coffee I'm lactose intolerant and can't have anything I still get a little sick off of this but not as bad as the regular milk

Love using this milk for my lattes. Tastes delicious without the feeling that regular gives afterwards. Definitely recommend to anyone that likes regular milk!

This milk is pretty good!! I don't get bloated nor I get the need to go the restroom! I would say to try it if you lactose intolerant. I would also keep in mind it goes by fast

I'm allergic to dairy and though this would be a close to milk tasting alternative. In my case it didn't work for me but did taste like regular milk and is half the calories. Wished it worked for me but won't be buying it again.

We always have lactaid in my house. Its so much easier on our stomachs and tastes exactly like “regular” milk. I really have no complaints and would definitely recommend, especially if you are lactose intolerant!
