I am not lactose intolerant but my dad is so we prefer to drink this than regular milk. This is truly lactose intolerant friendly as my dad has no problem consuming it.

Lactaid milk tastes better/sweeter than regular milk. I use it in all of my recipes. I think it makes my food taste better. Tastes great straight too.

Tastes like milk and it doesn't upset my stomach the texture is a bit different but I don't mind I don't like tho logo though it makes me feel like an old person 😂

I grew up on 1 or 2% milk so the red whole milk version is like too creamy for me. Tastes great and I have it with my coffee or cereal everyday! It'd a bit on the pricier side compared to regular milk prices.
