Not a fan of lactate. There's a difference to the taste where as with other milk types is not as pronounced. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a healthier dupe to milk. I prefer oat milk

I LOOOOOve this product. My store was out of the 2% reduced fat..so I decided to buy some regular 2% milk fat and paid the price with a little discomfort. I will always buy this product from now on. Or might try the chewables.

I have been buying this product for years and love it. It is a bit thinner then regular 2% cows milk but not thin enough to make it taste like skim. The only con with it is that it is much sweeter then regular milk.

I love that I can finally enjoy milk again without all the downsides that my body has with lactose milk. The flavor tastes the same and the consistency is identical to me.
