I didnt realize that I was lactose intolerant at first. Had lactaid, and it really helped, I was able to enjoy having milk. I think it is a little expensive though

Its good! It doesnt take away the texture of regular milk which is something thats hard to have taken away when you stop using regular milk. It pairs well with coffee unlike almond milk (gets gross). I use it as well as my brothers

It has amazing vitamins in it. Is the tastes smooth and silky and goes down like water That's what I love most about it. It is delicious. I recommend this if You're lactose intolerant

I have had to use this milk on several occasions due to some health issues. It's really not too bad. It's not my first choose but still a choose I'd make if needed too

It tastes really good, not too sweet. Texture is smooth, easy to drink. Packaging, it's a little heavy and hard to pour the milk out but still easier than those plastic containers.

My daughter had to drink this instead of regular milk when she was little her stomach could not handle whole milk so this is a good substation for the problem

I love it, I love it, it is the best milk in the world personally. It tastes like boiled milk, I take it in my chocolate, I also don't change it with my cereals ❤️ In addition to being very nutritious, it is worth investing in.

I have recently had to change my diet to a lactose free milk, and gluten free diet. I was not looking forward to having to change to LF milk, but much to my surprise, it was very good. Creamy and smooth. Tastes GREAT!
